Shipping Policy

At Waters by SMW, I strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. I use USPS Ground Shipping, which typically delivers within 2-7 days once your order has been dispatched.

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

• Delivery: Please note that while USPS Shipping aims for 2-7 day delivery, delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and weather conditions. I am not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.

Return Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that:

• Commissions and Wedding Packages are not eligible for return.

• If a commissioned piece or full-service wedding stationery arrives damaged, a replacement may be sent upon review.

For other eligible items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Return Process: To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact me at watersbysmw@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
